Nick & Norah's Infinite Playlist

I know, I know Im way too late with the movie. But I just recently read the book and just finished watching it on dvd and my god, call me lame but whatever. It was pretty awesome! Okay, fine, it was awesome! I love it in probably the same way as I would love sex and the city the movie! And that’s got to mean something coming from someone like me. As always, the movie will never be comparable to the book but the movie version wasn’t so bad that it would totally destroy the sheer magnificence of the story that was seriously eloquently (as I see it) written. I mean it was like poetry! Or at least that’s how I would consider those lines. Im way too in love with it; and it’s not the typical boy meets girl crap you see in every film. It’s funny but not in the way that it was meant to be funny; it was more on the witty sense. And another great thing that I love about it was how these two random people built an instant connection through music. It’s like what Nick said, “I am holding her and wanting and knowing and hoping all at once. We are the ones who take this thing called music and line it up with this thing called time. We are the ticking, we are the pulsing, we are underneath every part of this moment. And by making the moment our own, we are rendering it timeless.”

But my favorite line/s has got to be this one..

“I press forward and she’s right there and I'm reaching out and she's right there and right at that moment the amps amplify and the music takes on such a pulse that it becomes my heartbeat and her heartbeat and I know it and she knows it and this is the point where we could break apart and that would be it, totally it. Rag & Bone Spring 2010 RTW
Rag & Bone presents a different way of looking at the whole tough chick thing thats been going on for quite a while now. to be honest, im pretty sick of the studs and the whole gladiator stiletto mix. rag & bone gives something thats a bit more fresh from the ordinary but still retaining that particular concept of edge.

Stella McCartney Fall 2010
what i particularly love about this collection is the whole clean cut and immaculately tailored look. the tailored pants, the easy fit sweater, and the monochrome, puts together a very chic new york woman living in a new york minute but without the slightest presence of the hustle and bustle of the big city.

The Runaways
the biopic starring Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning is certainly a must watch on my list. the film's about Joan Jett (played by Stewart) and her band entitled the Runaways.
i cant wait to watch it!
